Traditional massage, swedish massage, techniques, powerful, shoulder issue, fitness routine of moderate
I would actually recommend including those exercises into an overall fitness routine of moderate intensity 2-3 times a week. One would definitely feel stronger and less tired. It is really called a glute bridge. I'd eliminate the simple planks due to stress on the wrists.
Must agreed Manual Lymphatic Drainage is very powerful, my clientele feels great and love when I fusion it & apply MLD with a combination of Swedish massage and traditional massage. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but whenever I do techniques that require light touch it kills my upper back. When I use a more medium to higher pressure I'm fine. I think its because I get to learn into them so I'm not using my erectors to hold me up.

That was very helpful-been dealing with some shoulder issue from playing tennis-the one laying face down really indicates a solution for me--thanks-have a great weekend. I believe that massages are REALLY healthy.
