These girls went into party show and posed in front of a standing toilet. Miley is genderfluid, They use the bathroom they're comfortable with and this doesn't even necessarily mean it's the boys bathroom. There's just a urinal. It could be gender neutral or just a bathroom.

Miley is also known for her work with teens that identify as LGBQT and lately there's been a big push to not have gendered bathrooms because a biological female could not identify as a female. Allowing her to use a men's room would lessen the stigma that our society tends to have towards trans gendered people.
