It's not always vanity, but often simply for health reasons, but people aren't willing to give up sugars, flour, salt, and milk and eat healthy while exercising because they want a quick and easy fix. There are some things that are good to help with weight loss, but most aren't even helpful.
I struggle with fluctuating weight due to hypothyroid but id never take diet pills. I would get the motivation to get my butt in the gym and take weight off the right way.​​ I take Hydroxy tablets only on the days I tend to go and do my fitness classes also I have Garcinia which I take with Grapefruit juice. There's a limit to this stuff and obviously if taken to an extreme dosage it can cause harm. I have lost a bit of weight but you also gotta remember you need to work your butt off to get results. Diet pills are only for the extra boost but they wont give you a healthy body you do that yourself.

I will not touch a diet pill for anything and if I can't lose weight on my own well then I am not trying hard enough. It boils down to this there is no such thing as a quick fix. The only way to get to a healthy weight is diet and exercise. If you need to consult people consult a doctor consult a nutritionist.
