Based on the call center reporting and people who saw this woman they said she might be drunk while she was walked two lances a long Moscow city street.
But it still was unclear why she's naked and what the people said on social media all the drivers who stayed or saw her should be gave some clothes because their cars should have at least a blanket or scarf even she was drunk or whatever.
