1996 sat on bench by small tower and "Watched the Sun Go Down on Gal way Bay". At that time they operated a period dinner with entertainment in the hall.
Galway is where my father was born in 1914. I went there as a child in the 50's and the 60's before the tourists found it. It was lovely then, It's lovely now, well worth a visit. My cousins, Helen and Eamonn took my mother and I back a few years ago.
